2020: Startede his careere
He was born and raised at Kaneshige Ritouen, the head family of the Kaneshige family, but rather than the modern kiln = individual artist activities that are common in modern times, his family Kaneshige Ritouen ran a pottery factory that employed craftsmen to create and sell works.
After living in another prefecture, Mitsuhiro Kaneshige returned to Bizen and began his career as an artist.
His career as an potter has just begun, but his works, which are particular about the soil and form, have a strong presence and greatly increase expectations for his future works.
His works do not seem to be usually sold in galleries yet, but he is a potter whose future activities are exciting to watch.
