I went to Nagoya Mitsukoshi to visit the exhibition of Takahiro Kato.
He is a grandson of Tokuro Kato who is a legendary person in Japanese pottery group.
Since I have seen his works through magazines and online, I’ve been really looking forward to it for the past few weeks.
There were so many people that I didn’t have the time to talk to him regardless it’s weekday, but Seto Potter Makoto Yamaguchi and Mitsukoshi’s staff made arrangements in advance, so I was able to talk with him and I had a great time.
We are introducing his work in the near future.
